Our Senators Voted for Peace -Please thank them

On May 27th, both of Montana’s Senators — Jon Tester and Max Baucus — VOTED FOR THE FEINGOLD AMENDMENT (S.4204) TO
REQUIRE THE PRESIDENT TO PREPARE AN EXIT STRATEGY FOR AFGHANISTAN, INCLUDING A TIME TABLE. Only 18 Senators voted for the amendment. The final vote was 80 to 18 against, so the amendment was rejected. Still, it is encouraging that both of our Senators voted FOR the amendment.

Please take the time to write, email, or phone both of them and thank them for their vote. We need to make sure that they know there is support out there when they do the right thing.  Here is contact information :
