We will not have the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of Montana Women For in September.  Because of scheduling difficulties, the board retreat where we will plan upcoming meetings and events has been postponed to the middle of October.  Shortly thereafter, we will have a general membership meeting to explain board changes and plans for the future and to discuss ideas and requests.  Please have patience while we restructure.

Meanwhile, there is an event that is being co-sponsored by Montana Women For and Progressive Democrats of America.  It will be Wednesday, September 30 at 6:20 pm in the Community Health Partners meeting room.

The speakers will be two young sldiers-turned-conscientious-objectors who are traveling around the country speaking about their experiences and supporting local charities.  Their tour is called the Contagious Love Experiment.  Come hear what they have to say next Wednesday evening.
