Joel Boniek (R-Emigrant) is proposing a bill (HB 661) to make it more difficult for licensed physicians to provide medical services by adding licensing fees compliance, inspections and other requirements.  His bill is particularly directed at the Mountain Country Women’s Clinic in Livingston.  Please contact Rep. Boniek and express your opposition to his bill, and contact Rep. Bob Ebinger (D-Livingston) and urge him to oppose the bill.  You can reach them at the legislative phone center – 406-444-4800.  Please also consider writing a short note to the editor of the Livingston Enterprise (enterprise@livent.net) saying Rep.
